| Ardbeg Rob Roy |
| 1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth 3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth 3 dashes Orange Bitters |
| Garnish: Flamed orange twist |
| Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. |
| Smokey Milk Punch |
| 1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg 4 oz. Milk 1 tsp. sugar |
| Garnish: Shaved nutmeg |
| Directions: Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. |
| Smoke-jito |
| 1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg Splash of Fresh squeezed lime juice 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup 8-10 mint leaves 3 lime wedges Soda water |
| Directions: Muddle the lime, mint, and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice and Ardbeg and shake. Pour into a highball glass. Top off with the soda water. |
| Smoke & Passion |
| Stir with ice in a mixing glass:
1 oz. Ardbeg 1 oz. Passionfruit juice 3 oz. Moet & Chandon White Star |
| Garnish: Lemon Twist |
| Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top off with additional Moet. |
| The Shortie |
| 1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg 1/2 oz. Tawny Port 8-10 red currants 1 tsp. sugar in the raw 1/2 oz. simple syrup 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| Garnish: 3 red currants |
| Directions: Muddle the red currants, sugar, lime juice, and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice and the Ardbeg and port. Shake well and fine-strain into a chilled martini glass. |
| Sage Scotsman |
| 1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier splash Fresh lime juice splash simple syrup 1 large sage leaf |
| Directions: Gently bruise the sage leaf at the bottom of a mixing glass by rubbing it with a muddler. Add cracked ice and the remaining ingredients. Stir for 20 seconds and pour into a rocks glass. Add crushed ice. |
