Ardbeg Signature Cocktails

Ardbeg Rob Roy
1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish: Flamed orange twist
Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Smokey Milk Punch
1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg
4 oz. Milk
1 tsp. sugar
Garnish: Shaved nutmeg
Directions: Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Smoke-jito
1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg
Splash of Fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
8-10 mint leaves
3 lime wedges
Soda water
Directions: Muddle the lime, mint, and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice and Ardbeg and shake. Pour into a highball glass. Top off with the soda water.
Smoke & Passion
Stir with ice in a mixing glass: 1 oz. Ardbeg
1 oz. Passionfruit juice
3 oz. Moet & Chandon White Star
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top off with additional Moet.
The Shortie
1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg
1/2 oz. Tawny Port
8-10 red currants
1 tsp. sugar in the raw
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
Garnish: 3 red currants
Directions: Muddle the red currants, sugar, lime juice, and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice and the Ardbeg and port. Shake well and fine-strain into a chilled martini glass.
Sage Scotsman
1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
splash Fresh lime juice
splash simple syrup
1 large sage leaf
Directions: Gently bruise the sage leaf at the bottom of a mixing glass by rubbing it with a muddler. Add cracked ice and the remaining ingredients. Stir for 20 seconds and pour into a rocks glass. Add crushed ice.
The Highlander's Delight

1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Liquid Chocolate
Splash dark crème de cacao
Splash simple syrup
Garnish: Flamed orange twist
Directions: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Ardbeg White Cosmo
1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. White Cranberry Juice
Garnish: Lime wheel
Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Ardbeg Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
Garnish: Lime wedge
Directions: Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Ardbeg Creamsicle
1 1/2 oz. Ardbeg
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. fresh orange juice
1 oz. milk
1 tsp. sugar
Garnish: Ground nutmeg and rock candy stirrer
Directions: Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
