| The Red Eye |
| 1 oz. Glenmorangie 10-year old 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Juice Splash of Moet White Star |
| Garnish: Lime Wheel and cherry. |
| Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with Moet White Star and add the garnish. |
| Business Class Bobby |
| 2 oz. Glenmorangie 15-year old 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth Dash of Angostura Bitters |
| Garnish: Cherry |
| Stir ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and add the garnish. |
| The Jetsetter |
| 1 1/2 oz. Glenmorangie Port-Wood finish 1/2 oz. Sirop D'orgeat (almond syrup) 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice |
| Garnish: Orange twist |
| Shake ingredients and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. |
| The Cabin Cuddler |
| 1 strawberry, sliced 1/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. white sugar 1 1/2 oz. Glenmorangie Burgundy-wood finish 1/2 oz. Navan |
| Garnish: Strawberry slice |
| Muddle the strawberry, lemon, and sugar in a mixing glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled brandy snifter. |
