Pear Champagne Infusion
Served at Bookmarks Lounge
Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Pear Nectar
1/2 oz. Pear Liqueur
3 oz. Champagne
Directions:Add pear nectar and liqueur to cocktail shaker with ice and stir
in champagne gently. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Top off with extra champagne.
Garnish: Pear slice in glass
