Recipes
(pre-dinner)
1 1/2 oz. Finlandia Grapefruit
3-5 small, 1/4 inch cubes of ginger root
1 rosemary sprig, de-stemmed
1/4 oz. Tuaca
1/4 oz. Elderflower syrup
1/2 oz. Korbel Champagne
Directions: Muddle the ginger and rosemary in the elderflower. Add remaining ingredients and shake well.
Fine strain into a martini glass. Top w/ champagne.
Garnish: edible flower
Finlandia Wild Blue Sour (after-dinner)
1 1/2 oz. Finlandia Wildberries
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. white sugar (if needed)
1/2 oz. Blueberry Syrup
1 egg white
Directions: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into martini glass.
Garnish: Ground Nutmeg
Helsinki Tiki
1 1/2 oz. Finlandia Cranberry
1/2 oz. White cranberry Juice
1/2 oz. Pomegranate juice
1/2 oz. Pineapple juice
insides of a whole passionfruit
1/4 oz. grenadine
Directions: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and pour into a highball glass.
Garnish: Pineapple leaf
