Jonathan conducts demo at NY Chocolate Show
The following recipe was demonstrated by Jonathan at the 2007 New York Chocolate Show on Friday, November 9th:
Cloud 10
1 1/2 oz. 10 Cane Rum
1 oz. Liquid White Chocolate
1 oz. Chocolate Almond Tea (
T-Salon tea)
Directions: Shake the above ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Garnish: grated nutmeg, shaved white chocolate, and slivered almonds.
