Earth Day Cocktails on NBC New York - Earth Day 2010
The Treetini
2 ounces VeeV Açaí Spirit
¾ ounce agave nectar
4 lime wedges
6 mint leaves
Club soda
Directions: Tear and slap mint leaves to release oils and drop into a cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients well over ice and strain into a
chilled martini glass. Top with club soda, stir and garnish as desired.
(To make a strawberry Treetini, add two chopped and muddled strawberries to the drink and garnish with a strawberry.)
The Pina of the Earth
1 1/2 oz. Flor de Cana 7 yr old Rum
2 oz. Vita-Coco Passionfruit Coconut Water
1 oz. Pineapple juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Directions: Shake all ingredients very well with ice and strain over crushed ice into hurricane glass.
Garnish: pineapple slice and leaf
