Here’s a Champagne drink to hold you over:
(served at Bookmarks Lounge, NYC)
1 oz. Boiron Pear Puree
3/4 oz. Navan Vanilla Liqueur
1/2 oz. Orchard Pear Liqueur
2 1/2 oz. Moet & Chandon Champagne
Directions: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir briefly to incorporate. Then strain into chilled champagne flute and top off with extra splash of bubbly.
Garnish: lime twist
